I hope you found inspiration and comfort from the tools I shared in the last post, especially the discussion around holding space for your emotions (the F in FLOW).

That work—the commitment to FEELING into your breath, your truth, and your spiritual essence—is sacred and often requires daily effort to sustain.  As highly sensitive and empathetic people, we know that external chaos can quickly pull us out of our center, effortlessly draining the Peace we work so hard to cultivate and sustain.

In my journey through holistic healing I’ve learned that internal work is best anchored by an external, tangible commitment.  We need a physical symbol that acts as a daily, private affirmation and reminder of the promises we make and aim to keep to ourselves.

A Personal Talisman for Your P3 Practice

This need for a beautiful, conscious Anchor is exactly what led me back to one of my first creative loves: beading.

Last month for my birthday, I decided to craft myself two new waist beads.

I felt so empowered, inspired and connected to my inner joy, beading trinkets that I intended to wear, not to just adorn, but celebrate myself!
